PUR Welding Nozzle
#42-600: High speed tip with roller for thermal welding of various floor coverings especially those with a polyurethane coating.  Special geometric design of the nozzle provides a narrow focused delivery of air to reduce scorching of the floor surface.  Small air outlet pre-heats the groove and the roller provides needed pressure to bond the melted welding rod.

The Sinclair Roller Guide will increase productivity for all homogenous welding applications.  Its unique design allows for the Leister Triac "S" hand-held welder to maintain precise alignment with welding rod and grooved seam for consistent heat welding.  Fully adjustable to maintain alignment.

Features: Increase productivity, decrease possibility of operator error, consistently maintains proper alignment for heat distribution.  The self-supporting Roller Guide’s use of maximum temperature for flat welding greatly reduces operator fatigue and can be used on large or small jobs.  Only available for Leister Triac "S".
