Impulse Welder

	NEW! Impulse Sealing System 4.25 ft (1.3m) Introducing the new Impulse Sealing System for PVC and acrylic coated material welding. With no dangerous irradiation or hazardous fumes, impulse welding is clean, efficient, and easy to use. Welding styles of overlap, hem, pocket, backlit and tape can be performed with a seam width of either ј", Ѕ", or 1". The welding length is 51" with optional lateral extension tables of 39" for either side. Uniform temperature and proper cooling cycle is provided by the control panel with 20 programmable settings to produce a strong bond and smooth surface. Perfect for digital print finishing, window screen & blinds manufacturing, and awning fabrication. The Impulse Sealing System requires 240V single phase power and compressed air of 6 bar.

	Impulse Sealing System 8.5 ft (2.6m) Need a wider welding length for impulse welding? The Sinclair Impulse Sealing System is now available in an 8.5’ (102”) (2.6m) length. Similar in features to the Impulse 1.3m, the system continues to be 230V single phase requiring a 60A circuit and 6 bar compressed air. Laser lighting is available as an option for perfect registration of your material. And soon an automatic pocket folder will be available as an option as well.
